SIGHTS:  All metal components sold by Cobra are guaranteed against defect for a period of three years from the date of purchase subject to the limitations of this warranty.  This warranty SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL FIBER OPTIC MATERIAL.

RELEASES: All releases sold by Cobra are guaranteed against defect for a period of three years from the date of purchase subject to the limitations of this warranty.

OTHER PRODUCTS: All metal components sold by Cobra are guaranteed against defect for a period of three years from the date of purchase subject to the limitations of this warranty.

LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY.  This warranty is void if products have been altered or modified or abused.   The original purchase receipt MUST be returned with the defective product or warranty is void.  COBRA assumes no responsibility for point of sale transactions between retailer and consumer regarding repair or replacement except in compliance with this limited warranty.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.  COBRA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILTY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Should any product be found defective contact support@cobraarchery.com or call 800-352-6272 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  After receipt of the RAN, return the defective product pre-paid to Cobra for repair or replacement.  Do not take the defective product to the retailer for repair or replacement.
